Welcome to QuickEscape Staycation! We're excited to host you. To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable
stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:

1. 🧹 Clean-As-You-Go (CLAYGO) Guidelines

Help us maintain a clean and cozy space by following these simple steps:

Trash Disposal
Use the garbage bins provided and securely tie trash bags.
Dispose of all trash in the basement upon check-out.
Php 500 fee applies for non-compliance.

Kitchen Care
Wash dishes and utensils after use.
Wipe counters clean and avoid leaving leftover food behind.

🛋 Living Area
Return furniture and items to their original positions.
Bathroom
Properly dispose of tissues, wipe any spills, and keep towels neatly placed.

🛏 Bedroom Care
Avoid eating in bed.
Place used linens and towels in one spot before check-out.

2. 🔑 Locking and Key Handling

Always lock the unit door when leaving.
Return the key to the key locker upon check-out.
Lost keys will incur a Php 1,500 fee for lock replacement.

3. 🛏 Fresh Linens Provided

We provide clean, fresh linens for your comfort. Please handle them with care:
Stained or damaged linens will incur replacement fees:
Bedsheet, blanket, or duvet cover: Php 550
Pillow cover: Php 200

4. 🚷 No Unregistered Visitors

For security and privacy, only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.
A Php 300 fee per unregistered guest will be charged if reported.

5. 🔇 Respectful Noise Levels

Keep noise levels down starting at 8:00 PM.
A strict noise curfew is in effect at 10:00 PM.
Penalties may apply for excessive noise.

6. 🍳 Safe Cooking Practices

Use the range hood while cooking to avoid triggering the smoke alarm.
Smoke alarm activation will incur a Php 5,000 fee.
Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods (e.g., Tuyo or Bagoong) inside the unit.
Violations will incur a Php 1,000 cleaning fee.

7. 🏊 Pool Access

Sunday to Thursday: Free access from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Friday: Pool is closed.
Saturday: Access fee of Php 200 per person applies.

8. 🛠 Property Care

We work hard to maintain a top-notch space:
Any lost, damaged, or stolen furniture or appliances will result in replacement charges.

9. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Designated smoking areas are available outside.

10. 💡 Energy and Appliance Use

Turn off lights, the TV, and air conditioning when leaving the unit.
Fridge Settings: Keep the fridge set to low or medium to maintain stored items properly.
Air Conditioning: Do not use the air conditioning while windows are open. A Php 500 penalty applies for moisture-related damage caused by improper AC usage.

11. ⚠ Guest Responsibility

Guests are fully responsible for:Accidents, damages, or injuries that occur during their stay.
The hosts, unit owners, and QuickEscape Staycation will not be held responsible for any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from such incidents.

12. ⏰ Check-Out Procedures

Check-out time: 1:00 PM.
Before leaving: Dispose of all trash in the basement (Php 500 fee applies for non-compliance). Lock the unit door and return the key to the key locker.
Take a photo of the unit to document compliance. Late check-outs are charged Php 300 per hour, with any partial hour counting as a full hour.
